"Doing business with this company has been very successful and much appreciated!! David has gone out of his way for me time and again. Great guy."
"David is a very unresponsive to overhead leaks that create floods from neighboring water heater issues. During the remaining 6 months I was contracted to pay rent, no complete repairs were finished. Laborers/maintenance personnel showed up looking hungover and lacked appropriate materials/tools. I was with a moldy kitchen and inoperable stove top for 6 weeks before heated phone calls for follow thru of contract. No compensation or real sense of urgency. David and his bigot comments were surly noted. This company could care less about you. Decent spot if upkept. I would check county code and have City approved inspection before signing a lease. Total cover-up! Unsafe and unlicensed maintenance personnel with minimal experience and knowledge. David declined to pay a respectable rate for proper insured repairs. Place is a ticking time bomb for flooding and loss of personal property. They did not address the original inspection issues. Holes/missing tiles, dead cockroaches and termites in the closets coming from the upper framing as seen in other pictures. Flooded carpets without being cleaned or replaced. Continual leaks in foyer addition not properly constructed. This place needs to inspected and this company needs held accountable for proper maintenance and the county standards. Electric outlets don’t work properly, fans and lights missing pull cords and damaged appliance replacements. You can find a better safer place. God forbid there is a storm or issue. They do Not respond at all, then they give half of your deposit and blame you for damages they never fixed from the original walkthrough photos before original signing of contract and after that we spoke of the expectation. These folks neglected the entire contract. So glad I don’t need these guys. I feel sorry for the next people these folks walk on. Talk to the neighbors before signing a lease."

Debbie answered all my questions quickly and secured the property for me within a couple days. All in all it was a very smooth process and a pleasure to do with business with her. Would highly recommend them, especially Debbie."
"I have been in my lovely studio, in Clearwater, for almost three years with no issues until very recently. My air conditioner stopped working, my closet door came off track and one of my coils on my stove burned out in the same week. Within 15 minutes of reaching out to my leasing agent David, to inform him of my unfortunate concerns, he got back to me letting me know how to submit a maintenance request and within 30 minutes of submitting my request I was contacted by maintenance asking permission to go into my unit to start said repairs. Maintenance also informed me that I would be getting a call shortly from the air conditioning repair company and he was not wrong. They were in contact with me in less than one hour and also requested permission to enter my unit. From maintenance request being submitted to repairs being completed was right around/maybe a little over two hours. On top of this, I received a follow up text, from David, the next day asking if the repairs were completed. 5 star service and as another reviewer stated, my favorite rental I've ever lived in. You can tell that the owners are proud of their properties and by having an agent like David working with them, these will continue to be wonderful properties for a long time to come."
"Great guys!!! Would absolutely give 5 stars. The apartment we're in is a small studio but updated nicely! They did everything I asked before we moved in, sprayed for bugs, cleaned, etc. and their maintenance staff is top notch! Corey is fast, extra polite and we always have a great conversation when he's here! Keep up the good work everyone!"
