"Worst rental company absolutely ever! They take care of nothing! Fecal matter in the backyard from sewage pipes still unattended. we moved in with the promise of a pool and a boat dock only to find out they removed the pool and filled it in! The "boat" dock is impassable and blocked off. We were also promised laundry on site when we arrive the laundry room was also pulled and has no longer been in use. They will sneak utility bills in on your rent for all of the units. To this very day they still advertise these units of having a accessible pool a boat dock and a laundry room even though this company offers none you got tourist parking in your numbered parking spot in accordance to your unit well good luck with that they're never going to help you.. had to vacate on Christmas night because of a sewage backup leaking into my bathroom only to find out a plumber showed up in the middle of the night and then they added $475 on my bill for my rent because I had to vacate my premises find a different place to stay on Christmas night and wasn't here for the plumber to open the door after they told me they wouldn't be here until the following day and I was just screwed.. don't trust these people."

"I didn't know what to expect at first. I had never dealt with an apt. Management company. This has been a good experience so far. I've only been here a couple weeks but everyone I've dealt with from the office has been really nice, helpful and responsive. It's a small building, which is nice. The price is reasonable, which is rare these days. My neighbors are friendly. My only real issue I've run into is that my bedroom faces the alley and carport, and it's been noisy at times. But it's doable. I think me and my doodle will like it here. Plus, I love the location."
