"This is for 6800 Sunset Way #107 , St. Pete Beach, Florida 33706 The location and management company is the only reason this place got any stars. Here it goes; you're greeted by the apartment door number sloppily attached at a 45 degree angle, the doorknob looks like it was kicked and you really have to fiddle with the key to get it just right to work (they need to upgrade to a smart lock or number pad). The ceiling and walls were patched so badly and in a couple spots not even painted. The furniture was beat up and missing a lot of paint. The light fixture in the kitchen was hanging on by a thread. There may have been a flood because the baseboards were warped and bubbled and missing a lot of paint. The kitchen cabinets were installed so badly the doors collided and couldn't close. The bed was tiny and VERY uncomfortable and the end tables need paint, plus you can't close the door all the way because it's so warped you may never get out again. The bathroom was pretty clean except the caulking around the toilet was so badly stained yellow and brown, and the caulking in the tub looked like a 3 year old did it. There was a TON of mold dripping off the soap dish in the shower. And finally, the vent on the door to the "furnace closet" looked like somebody just kicked a hole and put a grate over it. If they would just put a couple hundred dollars into the unit, it would be ok."
"Great unit #409! Super clean along with pool/spa area. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Will surely stay again! Maybe a beach caddy to borrow, otherwise provisions (cooler, coffee, dish detergent,, etc) were useful and thoughtful!"
"Our stay at this lovely condo was perfect. It was very clean, good beds, showers were great and the location was perfect. This newly redecorated condo was beautiful inside and out. It is conveniently arranged with a top notch kitchen and plenty of space for guests. The views were priceless and we were only feet from the beach. In addition, the other folks spending time at Sea Breeze were friendly and very nice to visit with. I wouldn’t change a thing!"
