Reviews
"After living in this condo for 6 months I tested positive for severe black mold exposure. The managing team, Gregory, Rina Miranda, and David Ugaz kept telling me there is no visible mold even after my mold test. Extremely unprofessional and rude people who only care about money even if it’s putting their customers health at risk. For your health do not move in this place."
"I've recently moved out to another City but I'd like to write a review for future residents. The location is amazing, only one block from Brickell City Center. The gym is well equiped and maintained. No major issues the 1 year I've lived here."
"What I like the most about this condo is the convenience of its location, no more than 3 blocks from all major Brickell attractions, really easy access to i-95 and Biscayne Blvd. Being a smaller building, you won’t have issues with long waits for the elevator or a super packed pool! Valet system via the building app is also super convenient."
"My worst experiences ever with a building and its management. They treat tenets horribly—especially, Denybeth - the manager there. Even my apartment’s (2108) owner was not good to me, and they only intended to charge me. I was super troubled and left this building much before my 12-month contract."
"I’m a real estate agent, and living here has been great so far. The colors of the building are funky, but on a sad day, coming to your funky building definitely makes you smile a bit. Kind of reminds me of Nickelodeon! There is no application fee when applying, only a $500 refundable elevator deposit fee that is returned upon move out. Parking— there is no parking within the building premises. Valet can be a little hectic, so request your car in advance at least 45 minutes. Sometimes they are quick though! Gregory Davis has been a great receptionist and honestly deserves a raise. He’s amazing!"
