"This is a beautiful apartment. Really nice and clean, furnished well. This is the second night and I will stay a week. 2 rooms, a large bathroom, living room and the kitchen together. I like here."

"Could not get access to the property on the first night as they gave the incorrect code, attempt to contract the property to no avail. Afterwards the next morning they issued a new code which worked and then refused to refund the nights stay. Also only provided one clean set of towels during the stay and only would wash or exchange after 7days. Finishes in the apartment are old and poor quality I would not recommend staying here even for a short period as there is similar pricing near by."

"Overall it does the job, especially for the low rates they have. Clean and very good location. A few cons: too bright in the morning, not a king bed but 2 singles put together, and it smells weird."

"Spent 6 days here in this amazing little space. Very clean and housekeeping checks in everyday to see if anything is needed including services. Well lit safe area and quiet at night. A short walk, uber or car ride to just about everything in the South beach area and a block from Biscayne bay. Perfect accommodations with no complaints making my first trip to Miami a success. I would recommend and definitely book again."

"Amazing experience. Great price and walkable to everything you need. The place was extremely clean, spacious and updated/ semi modern. 5 minute uber to clubs and 15-20 scenic walk along lincoln rd to the beach. I would book again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that the rooms are still bright in the AM with the blinds closed. Curtains would help."
