"My experience at this apartment complex was marred by poor management, a neglected pool, and frequent elevator malfunctions. While the apartments were spacious, they were plagued by mold and cockroach infestations, forcing me to resort to makeshift solutions like taping air vents and outlets to keep the roaches out, a less than ideal living situation. Prospective tenants should be cautious and consider these issues carefully before choosing to reside here."

"I will start off by debunking a lot of the negative reviews given to this building. I have been living in this building since May 2020, I think that's long enough for me to review this place in good faith. This building is an older building and as expected appliances will be older, but it's not a reason to disqualify it from your choice. The hallway floors are being remodeled but someone with an understanding will know that it will take a long time due to the fact that people are living in the units full time, plus covid-19 happened and money is tight. When I applied to this place, I was greeted by Lanly, this lady is awesome, she made the process of renting so smooth. I was given the apartment in perfect condition and I fell in love with it; from time to time you'll run into a single roach here and there, but that's common in South Florida, my motto is keep your place clean and tidy and no roaches will find reasons to want to stay in your place; when I see them, I kill them immediately, also pest control comes once every month to spray every unit. The issue of roaches doesn't lay with management but with certain tenants that are dirty, management can't control people's cleanliness inside their units. In regards to the trash, there are trash chutes on every floor but tenants choose not to throw down their trash, leaving it on the floor inside the chute room; can't blame management for inconsiderate people. The elevators work perfectly, there are 2 elevators and at times 1 will have a mechanical problem, but it always gets taken care of quickly, and that's the same thing with the laundry, but there's plenty machines in the entire building, so if one floor has a down machine, one can always go to another floor. At this point they're installing new windows and sliding doors which should help with lower your light bill and hurricanes as well. As is with any apartment, pay rent on time and you should be fine. I have always have friends over, play music at a decently high volume and no one complains, management never complained. The maintenance guy is amazing, he greets everyone in the mornings and whenever I locked my keys in the apartment they helped. The apartment is in a great location, close to my dance studio, close to all shopping centers, close to FIU North and also the beach, behind the back is a trail where one could go running, jogging and walk their pets. In regards to parking, I was assigned one parking space, when friends/family come over I street park in advance and they park in my spot. The pricing is great and this place is great; my friend lives in L'azul and it for sure gives them a run for their money with the price they're paying over there. I love this building."

"Roaches in all the apartments. Always remodeling something very loud. Elevators stop working every weekend and the lovby smells bad and garbage everwhere. If you miss 1 day rent they treat to kick you out."

"These apartments could be nice if they were properly cared for by maintenance and management. Its roach infested, old appliances, they don't provide window blinds nor shower rods. Bathroom had mold n mildew from leak after about 4 months of living there . the office lady is such a liar and will say neighbors are complaining about this and that when its completely not true. They harras you about your guests and stereotype you if you if your not Hispanic. Its like living in a college dorm !!!"
