"I never been inside of the unit I entered the gate and came right out the gate but what I do know about this particular facility is that the security gate works you cannot sneaking behind anybody and that’s always a feature I love to have for my safety when I’m staying in apartment condos or some type a gated community"

"I don’t understand why they continue to give out parking passes knowing there’s not enough parking for the residents alone. Lease says cars can’t stay in public parking yet half of the already limited spots are taken by cars that don’t move."

"I've lived here for 3 months now and I'll tell you the harshest experiences. A lot of people living here that aren't on the leases (8-10 people in a 2bedroom apartment), people throwing their trash next to the dumpsters instead of inside the wall of the designated area or dumpster. When security is here they let everyone in and they park wherever they want including the grass next to the buildings. Elevators are constantly breaking. A stalker has been caught peeking through neighbors windows (we believe he lives here somewhere) moving trucks are let in by security on the weekends when their not suppose to. Loud music after 10pm and speeding through the parking lot. Stray cats that keep getting fed by the tenants which the food left in the walkways attract cock roaches. Rude and disrespectful tenants that block walkways with their cars and go in their homes for a few hours before returning. This place is under new management but come on, this place and the people are disgusting and something needs to be done to make these changes. I'm not an owner of any units but I would love to voice my opinion during the next HOA meeting on behalf that the owner of my unit lives in Argentina. My name is up top, I'm free to speak about changes."
