"They don’t maintain their buildings, so there’s roaches. When you move out they will not give you back your security deposit. There management company has lawsuit for discrimination and stealing their tenants security deposit. Also, there gate is always broken your deliveries get stolen and there’s always a party being thrown at the pool by people who don’t live there. Harbor group management does nothing about it. This apartment was great before harbor group management took over. If you are trying to stay speak with assistant manager(Jalisa) she will not talk to you and the manager(Vanessa) is never there. Response to below: I did reach out to that email provided and responded back to the manager, no response. Also, I live in the apartment for a year and the portion of the deposit that I am receiving back is because I received a bill for normal wear and tear that by the lease agreement I shouldn’t be getting penalized for. Also they are keeping $1400 of my security deposit because they didn’t send my information to move out through the portal like they stated they would and the lease agreement states the tenant must give a written notice or intent to move out within 60 days, but again because no one in the management company does their job correctly I have to pay for it. Which intent to move out was given and is accounted for on the paper I had to fill out becomes again I had to inform them that nothing was received through the portal. As you can see from their response they take NO ACCOUNTABILITY!"

She was very friendly, and helpful, and answered all my questions very patiently. I was hesitant to ask for a tour, but I am glad I did. The apartment was just stunning. "Where should I start? The rats, roaches , snakes, SPIDERS Tenants car windows are being bust out !!!!! Wall structure peeling off, police activity EVERY other night, back gate is all banged up from people constantly hitting it . Front gate is barley at use . And the nerve to send lease renewals with increases??? The only thing that increased is the number of PESTS I see a day ! It’s beyond sad honestly how I’m forced to live . Definitely won’t be renewing I dont recommend to anyone , front office staff is a joke … don’t get me started on the office manager . Live anywhere else but here honestly . I kill a ROACH everyday , I have pictures for DAYSS"
