"I recently moved and I must say I won’t miss this place. I’ve lived at Solabella for 8yrs and I must say it has been a drastic change in the last 3yrs. The gate not working a major headache. Being stuck outside for hours or in the street is the main reason it was time for me to relocate. The influx of children playing in front of your door and not near their own residence. No one being held accountable to any of the parking rules nor dumping of large furniture. The dumpster look disgusting when you’re having guest. Paying association fees and never allowed to use the pool due to the negligence of others as well as the gym. New tenants I hope have a better living environment"

"I am a new private owner and I am very disappointed with the association....the gate is a major problem....As I type this review I have been currently parked outside of the gate. No way to enter my how. The gate box has been frozen all weekend. No after hours numbers or emergency contact for issues like these. It's a every month thing and a big inconvenience....I had to go rent a hotel because I work nights and sat outside the gate for 3 hours and couldn't get acess.....The gate is a nightmare...."

"I currently live in this rental community, and to be honest and transparent I am dissatisfied. Most recently my AC was disconnected by the maintenance worker of the complex, and me and my three children were forced to sleep in heat. Although there are ceiling fans, they provided no relief to the Miami heat. After writing an email of my full frustration, and what my family endure while living here, there was no lack of empathy or understanding from Ashley (Property Manager). I was simply told there was a miscommunication, and no apology was delivered for the lack of miscommunication on their part. As mentioned previously in other reviews, maintenance fixes nothing and may not be fully qualified or trained to do so. Please note this is a issue that existed prior to the current pandemic, so do not be fooled. I am failing to understand how a large rental community only has one employee, and if that employee is not available, no services are available to paying tenants. If a could post this review with zero stars I would, but being that I want others to hear my experience, and make a better decision on renting from a property that will actually care. I am convinced those who are giving this rental community more stars, are either friends or family of Solabella employees. Why? There is no way those with complaints, have similar complaints, unless there is truth behind those complaints. Also, those posting more stars have no detailed experiences written, please use caution."

"I met with Ashley so I could be added to the waiting list I advised her I needed to meet before 10 which she agreed and she came 30 minutes late and did not apologize, still me and my boyfriend were extremely excited to go through with the process.Ashley was disgusting for the lack of a better word.There were no models to show, which I understood She refused to give me even the most basic information about the apartment and community and was extremely rude and unacommodating. I would not live there solely to avoid dealing with her maybe I'd be interested if there was new management."
