"My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost 2 months. It took the “landlord” 1 month to email us the copy of our lease, which made us late on paying rent. Reyna is extremely hard to get in contact with and when we do get in contact with her, she doesn’t have answers to anything. I emailed my “landlord” weeks ago inquiring about having another dog in our unit and still have yet to hear back from her. The place is not luxury at all. Outdated appliances. The pool is small and dirty. The gym is small and dirty - the treadmill never works. Security guards pick favorites, like today (24 October 2023) the lazy security guard lady let two cars park right in front. When my boyfriend did it to grab his phone from upstairs she (the exact same security guard) caught an attitude and told him nobody should be parked there. An older man who is a security guard as well talked to us about moving furniture in on certain days which is beyond stupid. They also have dead (or alive) cockroaches in the stairways. Reyna is very unprofessional and my boyfriend and I avoid her at all costs. We contacted her about where we pay rent and how we pay it. She literally said she didn’t know but to drop the money off in her hand or in the mailbox (her office). The security guards are lazy - they don’t help when it is needed. They are unprofessional and I highly advise everybody not to live here."

"This place is a joke and so is the property manager reina, had to call the cops for a break in and turns out the police found the Maintenace man sleeping on the roof, which reina knew about and allowed him to sleep in the ac storage unit. Very professional let me tell you. What's the point of security when the property manager is allowing homeless people to sleep on the roof. I don't write reviews but I couldn't bite my tounge on this one. Police report available if needed."
