She is super sweet and really helpful. I’ve been a resident for about a year and she has been my favorite of all time. I love her!"

"My husband and i just moved here last week, and we are thoroughly enjoying our new spot in downtown Miami. Monarc truly had everything we were looking for; from the amenities to the location, we could not ask for more. Not to mention their staff, they are amazing! We only had a week and a half to find a place and move in and Gustavo and Garrett truly made it happen, such a pleasure working with both of them. We did have a few problems at first with our packages. But our move was made much easier thanks to the incredible support and dedication of the concierge staff from 5th ave company in particularly to Dhestyne, who have been instrumental in ensuring that all our deliveries are received without any issues. Thank you guys, for all your hard work!"

"We have lived here for 2 years, the elevators break down occasionally and it is a pain but management is usually trying their best. Noise from the street can be bad but not as bad as you may think. THE BEST PART OF MONARC IS MARIA ARROYO. She is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to accommodate residents. The rest of the property staff is also incredibly friendly especially Andrea. Building has its issues just like every building built in Miami in the last five years, but overall it is a good experience."

"My husband and I just moved into the Monarc and have had a great experience so far! We worked with Gustavo and he has been awesome. We ended up changing floor plans at the last minute and were working with a really short timeline for move-in, and he made it happen! We were very impressed. We have had some little hiccups along the way - the parking access card didn't work and a few appliances in our apartment had some issues but he helped us get everything fixed very quickly. I recommend moving to the Monarc and working with Gustavo!"
