"I like the price and the size display may not be the best but human I been living here for five years. The two bedroom apartments are big for average brand new apartments that cost a lot of money and for the price is good I’m satisfied."

"RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! My family and I lived there for 3 years. I even had to transfer to the condo building with the promises of being "better". The building looked better in the lobby, and that's about it. They had security at the main entrance, because the keypad NEVER works. Security was pointless!!!!!! You could literally make up an apartment number, and they would jot down your license plate while letting any random person through the entrance. What if the tenant didn't want this person to come in or even know if someone was here to see them? God forbid it was a stalker or someone coming rob the apartments. Oh wait! That had already happened! That time there were a couple of shoot outs in the parking lot, but I digress! The units are a nice size, but we were paying for the extra tenants (ROACHES AND MOLD) to cohabitate with us!!!! My kids were constantly sick, and I thought it was the daycare. It wasn't until I moved that it literally STOPPED ( constant coughing, running noses, and sneezing)! Let's not talk about the bedbugs that were trying to crawl on my children's beds (I was told that I was responsible for pest control even though they didn't know I knew my rights under the tenant law), or the trash being left OUTSIDE of the trash shoot, maintenance coming to repair (patch) things at their convenience, 4 different management companies that came through, the elevator working sometimes! I could go on and on!!!! From seeing the most recent comments.... I see NOTHING has changed! DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!!!!! Run!!!!!"

"Pls bring your money else where. Horrible staff and workers. My car got towed for parking on the grass but there was no where else to park and the next day I Sean 5 other cars park where I was. People park everywhere but I’m the only one to get towed. Multiple people have got stuck in the elevator. The security here is horrible the gate people let any and everybody in and the gate to secure the property is not all the way out up and it’s been like this for 3 years now. There also starting to have a roach problem. And people throw the trash on the ground in the trash room so u can’t even open the door to throw yo ur trash out. Workers smoke. And this is over all horrible being your money else where!!!"

"I have been living here for about a year. I just got email about renewing my lease and to my surprise my rent has been raised by 27%. The pros are unit are big and so far living there has been decent at best. The cons the appliances is outdated as well as kitchen and bathroom. They do pest issues but they do pest control often but i have to take extra measure in my apartment to control the pest situation. It gets nosey outside. Parking is tough for your guests but they allow you to park car by the leasing office. Pool hasn't been available the excuse is covid and now its under construction. They are doing small things such as repave the parking lot and finally finishing the half a gate around the property. But it hurts my heart that they can raise rent for current residence by 27%. i expected a slight increase but 27% is absurd. I am still contemplating whether to renew my lease. I am weighting out all my options."

"The absolute worst apartment complex to live in. #1 guard at the gate let's anybody in, doesn't check for ID, people can basically say anything to get in without security. #2 the management is very rude and disrespectful. They're price gauging to keep up with other properties written their job is to focus on their own property with the problems that they have. #3 laundry machines doesn't work except for 7th floor. #4 there's never any parking, all the guests spots are taken by tenants with more cars than the average person. #5 bug infestation is growing rapidly, and last but not least.......#6 every week there's something going on that involves the police, ambulance and firetruck. Whether it's for building 1 or building 3. It's never safe to be there."
