"No one even came to the house. Nothing was done. No one came, yet the work order has been closed. This is the 3rd time this has happened & I've reached out multiple times, sent pictures & emails & the work order keeps getting closed with no resolution or a visit from maintenance. Can someone PLEASE reach out or fix it. It has begun getting moldy and more tiles are getting loose. It's dangerous for kids to shower as sharp pieces fall into the tub when the tile falls off the wall. Pls help."

"I came in yesterday to look at some 2 bedroom apartments for my family and I. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly. I spoke with Colette about what I was looking for, she took her time and explained the whole process to me and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be coming back when our curt lease is up in January."
