"In reply to John... I have spoken to the management office MORE THAN SEVERAL TIMES about the roach infestation in this building. As far as pest control coming out; they come ONCE A MONTH and spray THAT IS ALL. I don't understand why you would tell the world the exact location of my apartment on this property but I guess you weren't thinking when you replied to my review. But I have not lied once in my review! This complex is filled with roaches and not just my apartment. They're all on the stairwells and outside our doors. I even asked one of my neighbors and she said it's horrible for her because she doesn't even have a weatherstrip under her front door to keep the roaches out! This is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in I have lives there for only 5 months. Do yourself a favor and save your money folks. There's plenty other complexes in Eastern Shores."
"THIS BUILDING SUCKS! If i could give this building 0 stars I would! New Management is beyond horrible! There are kids running around the hallways screaming 24/7, along side the HUGE roaches! The washer and dryers do not work, don't waste your money. I even called for them to send somebody out to replace it and nothing ever happened. The elevator was replaced recently and isn't ventilated, god forbid the elevator gets stuck and you're inside. They do quick jobs make it seem like it's fixed and a week later it's broken again. When you move out be sure to take every piece of paper and every last crumb from the fridge because they will charge you for everything they can. $150 dollars from your deposit for a pack of bread left in the fridge, and poster left on the wall? That's just petty, oh and if the tenants don't like you they will try everything in their power to make you feel not welcome. The only good thing about this building is the endless supply of hot water. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY"
