"This apartment has had the elevator broken almost the entire year I lived there. If it wasn't one elevator, it was the other next to it. The apartment I lived in hasn't been updated since maybe the 70s. This apartment complex is infested with roaches even with the person coming to exterminate. You can only have one car with a sticker to park in the parking lot unless you pay a ridiculous amount for another sticker. My dog got fleas here just like the other reviews. Lots of HOA rules here too. Besides those issues, the complex was recently painted so it looks a lot better. It's kept clean. The gym is tiny but it was useful. Definitely not worth the amount they are charging now for a one bedroom."

"I wish I could give this place a negative rating. Dealing with the staff is very difficult. The property manager is a beautiful woman with incredibly horrible communication skills. Common areas are not well maintained and the elevators should have a sign that reads " Ride if you dare". I hope if you are reading this it isn't too late."

"Extremely loud here. Sound travels too much from the hallways. Maintenance starts at 6 a.m. banging the garbage containers. They come around every week at 6 with the blowers wasting time and throw dirt on all the cars for no reason. They don't pick up the garbage on the property at all. Terrible management of maintenance staff. If you work late forget about living here. Even the garbage truck comes at 5 am every other week!"

"Lived here for 2 years. Stay as far away as you can!!! Big roach problem, get used to finding them everywhere, especially kitchen cabinets. Didn't even wanna use the kitchen most of the times because of that. The air conditioning system here is ancient, you will dread living here in the summer time. And God forbids it ever breaks down. They send out a technician but he can't access the roof until he gives all sorts of paperwork, so you probably are gonna be without ac for days. In the two years I lived here, ac broke down several times and went whole weekends without ac. Elevators are always broken, the gym if you can call it that is laughable, found people smoking weed on the stairs often, they come up with the most stupid rules out of nowhere and threaten to fine the residents if they're broken. Problem is you dont know such rule existed until you find a fine notice on your door. The office girl has got to be the most arrogant person I've ever met. Even talking to her on the phone, you can just feel the arrogance pouring thru."
