"You dont want to live here! the property manager Milka is rude and unprofessional. In order to get things repaired you have to wait weeks for a poor job and calling the after hours number is poinless, they just tell you if you have a fire thats thats the only thing they consider an emergency. The building is infested with mold ,roaches, drug dealers and arsonists. Our record is 3 fires in a week and a half! trust me you do not want to live here! Also Milka steal money."

"I think they doing business to take people money first they told my friend to come they have 1 bedroom available..the only way you get denied if its for eviction and felonies, took his money then told him got denied for credit, and said they will send his money his 100 only in 1 month in the mail keep the other 95 dollards..i called them also to see if they lying told me come! Come! We have one bedroom what now you will not get denied..it's a business to take people money the 95 dollards knowing them well they never have any apartment to begin with..and never pick up there phone when u call themm.."

"This apartment got lots of problems, put cheap stuff on apartments which break down all times and if you tell them to fix it they never listen to you ,if they even come to fix it they put the same cheap fittings again which break down soon again,The management lady's name is Mika a Hispanic lady if you go. to talk to her she will show you her hand stoping at the end of the office room cause she is talking to someone over the phone.no particular parking for your vehicle who comes first keeps the car, if you want to keep your car in a reserved parking you got to pay $25 per month, all they car about is your money.Apart from that there is cockroach and bed bugs all over the building.I"

"I must say this is one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in my life by moving in to Sun Coast Apts. I’m a clean person and my apt stil has roaches and mold. The fancy tiles that was supposed to of been put down is just the plain concrete flooring. The smell of the building is disgusting. Problems are never fixed because there is no professional people doing your repairs. Laundry room, the machines are always broken. My new carpet that was installed for me looks as if a 10 year old did it for me. SunCoast the city needs to fine you for charging the price you’re charging for such a nasty place. My review I’m giving is actually a Zero. Poor poor poor."

"Well... The place doesn't look as bad but the picture is definitely old. We wanted to move in and we even put the money to hold the apartment. then we found a cheaper condo and told Milka that. We never received the money. the truth is any time we were there Milka was always tooooo busy chatting with everybody rather than handling stuff. It took her 15 minutes to acknowledge our presence, then she gave us papers to fill in and left to talk some more. she is never at the office. After seeing all that we decided this is not a good place because if we have a problem it will never be resolved. And this happened with her not returning us $120. So happy we didn't pick that crap!"
