"The woman in the office was nice but the man Raul I believe is his name was very nasty to me when all I was trying to do is get approved to move in they caught sending em on run around asking for all the info I had already gave them… they wouldn’t accept my employer verification for whatever reason just horrible!"

"The apartment is nice and I've lived here since I was 21. The property manager Raul has no people skill and cannot hold a conversation without talking down to you. I strongly feel discriminated against or that he's abusing his power. I reported a leak a week or more ago. I received a very unprofessional accusatory email . I called to inquire and Raul stated that the leak is over two years and we are to be blamed because we had to know about it and the apartment below had file numerous complaints. I stated if the carpet was not wet there was no way to determine if there was a leak and as mentioned the tenant downstairs complained and no one look to see where it was coming from. He even implied that we were nasty and this guy came to the how 2 or more weeks ago and did an inspection. I've never been treated in this way and my next course of action is the corporate office. I pay my rent so I don't understand the need to talk down to anyone. I will not recommend anyone to this apartment."

"I'm in the process of moving right now! They have new staffs that is even worst working there. They never provided me with my renewal papers. My lease ended on September 30th. I contacted them on September the 9th in regarding to renewing my lease. I came home to a letter refusing to renew my lease duto an altercation that never occurred with a neighbor back in April. They said they have police report of the incident. I requested the police report. They told me that they are waiting for the sheriff to provide it. I request for the police number so I can get the report myself. They said they did not have that neither. How is that possible if the incident happened since April? I took the extra step and went down to the police station to request any incident that occurred with my name and apartment number this year. There were no record of any incident. So I called corporate. That was the worst mistake. I spoke to Carry at corporate which was beyond disrespectful. When I explained to her about the police report. She cut me off and just told me that they are not renewing my least and I need to move out by September 30th. First of all you have to provide someone with at least 30 days notice to move. There are no reasons to refuse renewal. I have never gotten into any altercation with my neighbors. Till this day. I still don't know who my neighbors are. I found out that they are moving their own people in instead. There are people on the waiting list for over 8 months waiting and they still haven't moved in yet! You will be homeless if it's for them."

"The area is just fine to live but the experience of living here is horrible. They do nothing to properly help the tenants when something goes wrong, the entire management and leasing office is rude, unprofessional and useless. But mostly the gentleman by the name of Carter is despicable and completely uncertified to be working there and I mean that completely professionally because I do not know him personally. I hate dealing with the office with a passion, there has to be a number that can be called about this. Smh"
