"very poor management does little work, nosey janitors enter your apt. periodically whether your home or not. the older buildings are in poor shape infested with roaches; roofs littered with cracks which leak heavy during storms leaving the whole place smelling permanently like live mold. My wife rented the place and was asked to leave after 5 months, and they were still renting it out though they told her the building would be renovated for repairs and she was given 3 weeks and we witnessed other families having to do the same thing after a month."

"The apartments are not that bad but the people who works in the office has toxic energy I keep my distance. Very strict about receiving rent on time but told me upon moving out I won’t receive my deposit until 4 months I asked for a number to speak to cooperate & they refuse to give it to me & I cannot find it online. Washers & Dryers are Trash. My front door was poorly placed it has a gap at the bottom that lets huge lizards & other critters in my apartment so glad to finally be moving out. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO MY WORSE ENEMY"
