"As a former resident, the front desk staff and security team are amazing, but the management company is terrible to work with and this becomes pretty apparent during the move out process. Initially, everything seemed great, but it’s kind of a bait and switch to get people in the door. As many of the other reviewers have mentioned, there are many additional fees, and you’re pretty much treated like a number. There are other good housing alternatives in the area for what you are paying. I would avoid if you can!"

"What a refreshing leasing experience for the Miami area. Luna was amazing to work with. She was honest and responsive. Jennifer and Ricky have also been very helpful throughout our search for a new home. We moved in today and the entire process was smooth. The building itself is in a great location in the heart of Wynwood. It is a brand new building and the amenities are top notch. If you are looking for a new home and considering Wynwood or any of the surrounding areas I highly recommend checking out all that Strata Wynwood has to offer."
