"Why do the 5 star ratings come from people who work in building? Bad managenent, new ownership just as bad. Roach infested building. Lawn cut once a month. Parking is extremely bad. No assigned parking, If you arrive after 9, you parl in street and get car broken into. It is a high crime area too. Multiple shootings right across the street. No real security at night."

"Terrible, terrible. The building is not the cleanest. Children in the building though children are not allowed. For the price and what you get, go somewhere else. The elevators are always broken and take weeks to repair, parking is the worst for tenant and visitors. They have parking but not enough parking spaces for the units or for tenants. Parking is not assigned, so if you arrive and parking is full, you park in the sidewalk or street and get your car broken into. It is not a safe area. As a matter of fact security at night is so bad, they have broken into cars inside the "secured" parking lot. The laundry room, another story. You don't have hot water for laundry. It is not even warm water for the amount you pay. The police come often to the building due to violence and whatever else. People smoke inside the apartments and the smell of the smoke comes into your unit. Management does nothing about anything."
