"I have been here for a year and just renewed my lease. The rent I feel is a bit high for the size of the apartment and the thought of not renewing did cross my mind. However, the peace & safety my kids and I feel, since living here, is worth the extra $$ I could have saved by moving somewhere that we may not feel as safe. The Maintenance is on point and they are quick to respond to any issues and resolve them right away. The community is very clean and they are on point that everyone cleans after their pets (you are fine if you don't pick up after them). The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, especially Lotty who has been my main contact since I moved. I hope to stay in this location for a couple of years and I recommend this place if you are looking to live somewhere that gives you peace of mind."

"We have leased at Sunset Palms for years and have been very happy with it. The staff is very friendly and they keep us informed about what is happening in the office and the complex. They are very good at attending to outstanding work orders and are concerned about the safety and well being of the residents. We will continue renting from them as long as possible!"

"When I was apartment searching in December, I made an appointment to view a 1/1 (only 1 available for January at that time). I showed up for the appointment (35 mile drive) and was told it was no longer available. No one was considerate enough to call me an advise! Very bad business. Definitely let me know this wasn't the place for me!"

"I was on their waitlist and got a text informing me that there was a one bedroom available. I immediately jumped on it and submitted an application and paid them $370 in application and administration fees. I call them to ask them if they need anything else from me and they are already impatient on the phone with me as I try to explain who I am and what apartment I applied for. Upon realizing what apartment it was, they inform me that the apartment is actually accounted for and that the only reason it was posted on the website as available was because the current tenant didn’t give them a move out date… which makes zero sense but okay. I’m a little annoyed by this but ask them to go ahead and process my refund. They let me know that they can ONLY do it via cheque for whatever reason and that I should expect it in the mail soon. Again, I’m annoyed but there’s not much I can do so I hang up. Three weeks later and easily over 40+ calls to them later (they answer their phones like once every 20 calls) and every time they let me know that they haven’t even sent out the cheque yet. I’m going into a month now and have not received my hard-earned money back. If this is the kind of management I would’ve had to deal with while living there, then boy did I dodge a bullet. I’ll update this if I ever receive my money but I’m incredibly doubtful at this point. Update: I finally received the cheque two days after this review was submitted."
