"Recently Midtown 24 got a new maintenance manager, Gonzo. It was plain to see the residents are happy with Gonzo when he received several “thank yous” publicly and a round of applause at the last resident event. Just yesterday Gonzo quickly came to our aid when sauce jars accidentally dropped off a cart and a mess was near the elevator entrance. Due to the nature of our business we often use the doors near the loading dock and back corridors …I’ve noticed the areas are cleaner, brighter, and smell as if they’ve just been bleached clean. Whenever we run into Gonzo he expresses a “happy to see you” vibe and asks if anything is needed. Quick to help with a great attitude, that’s what great managers are all about . It’s no wonder we give Gonzo 5 stars!"

"We just moved here and absolutely LOVE IT!! Everyone living and working in the community are beyond respectful and friendly. The maintenance crew, particularly Gonzo and Juan are always so helpful, quick, and efficient! Highly recommend moving here!!"

"Unfortunately, I will not be recommending midtown 24 apartments to anyone. After living there for 3 years, with really no issues, the post apartment inspection came out and they decided they wanted to charge me for pet odors - even though they’re pet friendly and also keep in mind you pay MONTHLY pet fees, none of which actually go towards anything at all. They just want the money. They have a pet friendly policy only to basically tell you once you move out, you have pet odor in there. Yes, I told you that up front and have been charged monthly, but nope that’ll be an additional $250 charge. I relentlessly cleaned my apartment on my hands and knees. Scrubbing every last spot in the place to make sure I wasn’t charged for anything…well that was a waste. As they charged me anyways for things that didn’t exist. They also claimed they needed to do a full grout cleaning…weeks after I moved out…of course the humidity is going to build up again and you’re going to need to clean it AGAIN. After daily cleaning and maintenance to keep this up, they will charge you anyways knowing the shower will always have built up shower scum if they wait long enough after you move out. It’s inevitable. Really disappointed in Melissa. Update: They've sent me to collections for $250...bunch of money grubbing clowns over there."

"DO NOT RENT HERE. Office management is unhelpful and rude. The resident portal is outdated and lacking basic information to live here, so you have to find time in your day to catch the leasing office during their operating hours and hope it doesn’t conflict with your work/school schedule. You can face an unauthorized tow even if you are a resident without warning due incompetent, greedy management. They only care about money and will do anything to get the most of yours. If you are a college student, you’ve been warned. Shalimar at Plantation, AMLI Park West, and The Remy Apartments are all far better options than this glorified dumpster fire. And trust me- you will get sick of the smell."

"To sum up my experience....simply amazing! We looked at several places before deciding on Midtown 24.But it simply came down to best value, our overall experience with the staff, and location. Alcira was truly an asset. She was always on top of our questions with a response, she made time to address every detail and always with that amazing smile. Melissa the manager always made us feel welcome; addressed a small issue we had which I thought would be impossible; she made it happen. Gonzo the new maintenance manager is also a true asset and professional. Jacob...that young man is going to go places. My family and I without hesitation recommend this place 100%. This truly feels like a community you want to be a part of. Thank you Midtown 24!"
