"The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors conversations. And my upstairs neighbor you can hear them stomping and running. They even have an Alexa they use for their alarm that wakes me up on Saturday’s at 5:30 am. They are so annoying playing loud music at all hours of the day and during the weekends that I can never have people over because their music is just too loud. I’ve complained to the office and they haven’t done anything ! And my neighbors after countless times my husband knock on their door they just don’t answer. Annoying people that doesn’t respect their neighbors ! You want to play loud music go buy your own property ! Don’t rent here if you want to lose hours of sleep and have neighbors that don’t respect your peace !"

"Lived here since 2006 never had problems. The office ladies are always very kind and helpful especially Ms Ashley. The maintenance crew are awesome ppl as well"

"INFESTATIONN! The main office did not care even though I had an infant, the property is full of roaches spiders, and all types of other bugs. I would rate the property a 0 out of 5 if I can. The lease agreement is a lie also, I gave 60 day notice and they are still trying to charge me a cancellation fee. This is only a few photos of how the outside of my home looked for 2 whole months, with spider webs at the entrance of my door, please do not rent here for your family's sake. They over charge for a property thats worth 50% less of what your gonna be paying prt month!"

"When lights are off by FPL they adjust your bill and takes off money for time you did not have service. What is the owner and management company doing to deduct times when water was off from 4 months ago and to just last month September. All tenants bill need to be adjusted accordingly for not having water."
