"Dont believe what is on the pictures. I just moved on November, and everything since the first day started falling apart . Like they fix the best so when you move and it damages it will be your fault. The laundry door, the bathroom faucets, the garage door and more. Be careful if you have a problem that was not your fault, the wont have mercy, they dont care yoi have kids, they will throw you out in the street, like i paid the whole February, but we had a very disappointing situation that our rent from January was stolen. But stil we had to wait to get it investigated, or get the money back. No they wont even help you or hear you out. Even they appear at your property after hours. You dont have privacy, nothing. The worse they keep on with the fees so you will be drained. Just hear me out, we should get a better community. To be able help out. They the process faster than you. Ccb CB"

"I've been living here for a year and a half, its a nice community. Anytime I need something Cheri from the office is on it. She's super helpful and very nice. She's made living here smooth."

"If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. Terrible management/terrible staff. They try to be little you with “if you ever lived in an apartment before” when you complain about noise with video proof they would say “we would need to enter your apartment to check out the noise” “well this is an apartment” or “we didnt even know they had pets” (as if that’s my issue sounds like an office problem). I also had a newborn baby that was constantly congested sneezing and coughing & i requested for the AC ducts to be cleaned & the maintenance person told us they normally clean it once a year etc, well i demanded them to have a company come by & clean it. Long behold the man from the company advised me the ducts were disgusting. Maintenance has also told my partner & I the appliances in the apartments are terrible & always break (which happened to us our whole fridge went out). Our AC even cut off and was filled with water and emergency maintenance didnt come until the next day (we slept with the fan & had a BABY drenched in sweat). For the amount they charge for rent the hallways always had cockroaches on the walls/floor. They also make you pay for a gate decal while the gate never worked. This place is disgusting and I will NEVER recommend this unprofessional place to anyone."

"A lovely place to call home! From the day I came to tour the neighborhood to now being fully moved in, the communication with management and the quick responsiveness from the maintenance team to handle some items was refreshing. The neighborhood is beautiful, so lively and quiet. Super close to all the shops, major highways, and dining. The amenities are great and seem to be cared for well. Most of all, I had such a wonderful experience with Ana, the leasing consultant that has been working with me through the entire process. She took the time to show me around and let me measure inside for furniture, she's been making sure the few maintenance items I had were addressed quickly, and her follow up with everything has been great. Very professional and nice staff, and a great place to be!"
