"Overall great community. The move-in process was seamless, and Elijah was very helpful throughout the process. I’ve had great experiences so far with everyone on staff, including the maintenance team! The property manager Trent is extremely passionate about having a safe and enjoyable environment/community for its residents and it shows. I received a parking ticket in error and Trent made himself available after hours to offer assistance. This has to have been the first and only time I’ve had that level of support from any managers at previous residences. The property is very well maintained, and the shared areas offer some really cool views of sunsets over the lake. My neighbors are pleasant, super respectful of their wall neighbors lol. Overall I’m extremely happy with my decision to call this place home. I couldn’t be happier with the location, food options are endless! There are 3 Publix stores within a 5 minute drive, and shopping centers with stores I frequently visit."

"Kiel in the maintenance dept does such a thorough and considerate job when helping us with our issues. He listens to our concerns and provided solutions accordingly. He and the maintenance staff are the only reason I’m not giving 1 star. Elijah at the front desk is great too, does what he can and you can tell he cares about his job. Otherwise- the property does a horrible job of keeping it clean. Dog waste not being picked up is a common issue. Additionally, we pay $75 a month for parking only to be trailed in by random people who don’t live here. There is a distinct weed smell always, at any given time of the day and management does not care. The first floor of the garage constantly smells like garbage. The stairwells are DISGUSTING and have not been cleaned since the building was first built. There is animal waste and old food sitting in the stairwells. They’d rather put time and money into repainting the hallway walls than installing security cameras around the property or fixing the issues the residents care about. Cops show up because they let anyone and everyone live here. Hallways are dirty constantly and it seems like there’s only 1 cleaning person for the entire 7 floor building which is crazy. Before Windsor took over Modera was clean, cared about its residents and listened to our concerns. Since Windsor took over, everything has gone drastically down hill. This will be our last year here. Wish we wouldn’t have resigned our lease. We’ve vocalized these concerns to management several times with no solutions. Do proper research before moving here."

"Living at Windsor Cornerstone has been a great experience. The property is beautiful and well kept including all the amenities. This community is conveniently located near shopping, dining, parks, highways and the airport. The place is peaceful and we have not had issues with noise. The lake view with the water fountains is impressive. We love watching the sunrise in the morning. Natali has been so nice, professional and always willing to help since the moment we applied for a unit. The maintenance team is so prompt to respond to requests. Keep up the great job guys"
