"Recent repair, I've been a tenant for 10yrs, it's a nice quiet spot & maintenance is a great guy who works hard. Rent is a little higher then most places for the area. It's PBC area, & especially after COVID, however the apt is bigger then most & other place are much higher. Neighbors are so-so, but I stick to myself, it depends who you live next to. I have a small dog who loves the maintenance guy & it helps to know he's safe when he enters for repair."
