"I was just looking for a place to lay my head down for one night and didn't need anything fancy. Somehow, this place still was a letdown. The building seemed outdated, like an abandoned Inn that was just made serviceable recently. The elevators look like they're in the projects. My room smelled like a smoker had just left not long before me. The bathroom toilet was barely working and had different sized pieces that looked as if they didn't even belong together. It's okay to not be a Hilton or Marriott, but by not having some basic standard speaks of the ownership of this establishment. I'm giving two stars because parking was pretty good and the building was quiet. However, everything else just kind of sucked."

"Got charged for 11 nights. Stayed for 2. Wanted to check out after one day, but was told I'll have to stay 3 days because that is when the manager comes in to adjust the bill. I was able to check out finally after the second night. I tried to check out after the first night but it was a little after check out time. Seriously! Excues...excues!! The pool looked like it was working but was closed. They didn't let me know when I checked in it was closed! I am still trying to get a refund for 9 nights. This has been going on for over 2 months. I don't know why it is so difficult for them to refund. Everytime I called, no one was answering the phones! Finally got a hold of the manager. After several calls, I finally got an email! I have been wasting too much time trying to get this refund issued! The manager told me to contact my credit card company! Really! It is there responsibility to refund me! I should get a full refund now! The amount that they say is due for a refund is less then it should be! They say I have been credited because I put in a dispute! No I haven't! I have asked for his bosses number and email! Steven, the manager, won't give it to me! I have gone round and round with him! He says he is going to get back to me. Never follows through! AVOID this hotel!! They have NO idea what they are doing!!! I don't think these employees would like to go through the hassle and headaches they have put me through! Hopefully the refund will be issued soon!"

"This experience was awful. I was grateful for the late check in at 2am after being stuck on the side of the road for 5.5 hours. But all I wanted was a hot shower and a couple hours of sleep. There was no hot water to shower the bathroom door was coming off hinges. No microwave to eat after not eating for almost 24hrs. No heat in the room so I was freezing my couple hours turned into 1. And was charged $200. I’m waiting to hear from a manager front desk said they can’t help. Didn’t even say sorry for your experience."

"Great customer service. Shower water pressure was awesome. Bathroom and room clean except carpet. Wifi did not work. Carpet in room was sticky to shoes, very old and rather disgusting. Big Hole in wall behind toilet. Rusted fixtures. Old TV with bad picture on most channels. No breakfast. No extra lock protection on door. Overall not bad for the price."

"A room with a bed That’s all they offer and AC which I thank god for. The please is dirty there’s stains ever where. The windows the table lights the drawers the sealing everywhere. The windows won’t open and people smoke in the none smoking rooms so I guess you see how that doesn’t help with the fact that the windows don’t open. Their excuse? We are under renovations what does that even mean?. I have asthma it’s difficult to breath and my throat burns. I have seen a roach it’s 4 am I have been here for less than 12 hours mind you and it feels like the rats have been keeping me company the whole time. They just won’t stop and I have to sleep. I have to pay for lundry? They lied about the free breakfast. An hour into my stay I asked for a refund and the staff insisted that I would still get charge so I reconsidered but 11 hours later I just can’t. They have no plates or spoons. For the price I would get better quality at an Airbnb. I did pay $64 per night but no one should pay more than $30 a night for this quality. I am leaving I have to for my sanity I need sleep. Maybe if the roaches were out of site (i did find them in the bathroom) I would be fine. However I did check for bed bugs didn’t find anything but brown stains on the bed, so they are probably there. I can’t breath and my throat burns due to the second hand smoking and lack of ventilation ( thank god for that AC) makes the smell bearable. I am not trying to take roaches home with me you can’t get rid of them. Most importantly I am not paying $64 a night to share my hotel with rats that won’t let me sleep. Funny enough now that I am here when ever I look up Boynton beach hotel the first thing that come up are pest control ads. I am not staying 24 hours here I refuse."
