"Did not return my security deposit! They claimed it was mailed to the Ashley Lakes Apartment address where they knew that I moved from. They ignored the address that I placed in the resident portal for all future correspondence! I had all of my mail forwarded by the post office and it's been 2 months and still no security returned!"
"Thieves. They have owed me a $300 refund for a month. Last time I called about it the lady was condescending and said it didn’t look like the refund was processed yet. Another week and no refund. I’m having to chargeback through the bank itself because these people run this office dishonestly."
