"I am going to be very honest and upfront. If I could give Arium zero stars I would . Run from this rental community. This was the worst living experience I have ever had . The community is unkeep and undesirable . They have lost all control over the garbage situation. I mean all control . There is garbage everywhere. There seems to be NO solution from property management. It is unacceptable and disgraceful as you can see from the photos I have attached . There is dog poop everywhere . There is a small area for dogs to play but it is filled with dog poop. Overall , the community feels unsafe.The gates are always broken and the police seem to be there often . The rent is way overpriced . I can’t believe they get away with it . The apartments were cheaply built and you can hear every footstep from above you . If your neighbors above you are night people , you will not be able to sleep and be so disrupted from thumping sounds above . Do not expect the property manager to help solve any issues you may have . She is defensive and would rather harass you then problem solve. Beware of her . That’s my heads up about the property manager . The corporate office is useless with solving problems as well. I can’t believe this company is still in business. There are rental communities out there with better conditions and more affordable rent . Good luck !"

"I wish i could give 0 star, I’ve been there for 5 years now rent went up every year, just found out my water bill kept going up called them been waiting for manager response for almost a week now then i contacted them they told me its because of many occupants thats living in the apartment which is only me and two small kids, then they told me its depend on the apartment square footage and on summer time water bill always went up which my kids was away for the summer until one week before school open they came back, each time i put in a request the maintenance people marked it as completed without coming to do the work its been a month there’s some water flushing in the wall by the guess bathroom i requested it many time they dont bother to come but still put it as completed, there’s a military field in the apartment above mine i called the office many times they said they will talk to them until now every day i went to bed with a headache and wake up with the headache again, worse place to move in to, always something in that place"

"Poor service. Office staff unhelpful. Maintenance team nice and friendly. My previous review holds firm in that. However, when you call this office out on their lack of accountability and action, they get very upset. Clean your grounds, appreciate people who actually want to live there and pay their rent and take responsibility for your property. $3,061 per month for this place. Unbelievable. I have lived here for almost 5 years. I miss the other team members Russell and Beatriz. This new office staff is terrible."

"Looks nice and is great at times. Lots of weird things happen. The gate is always, I mean always broken. Kids playgrounds are falling apart. Dog park is a small enclosed area with a fence, that’s it. The benches around the lake are just for pictures, don’t expect to sit on them. They even painted them gray without repairing them, even if they are missing large parts of the bench. The crew that works there is great. No issues with them at all. The grills that were put in are either always trashed or empty. Looks great but you will have to pay far far more then someone should and will only see the flaws after moving in. Good luck."

"Huge improvement over the last management company. The main maintenance guy in charge is absolutely amazing and has great customer service. Before nothing would get done or replaced with old stuff. The only 2 issues was the AC unit that a bad company installed and took months to have it replaced not so much the management companies fault just the AC company fault. The second was the big rent increase and now that everything is going down rent should decrease on next renewal and we shouldn’t receive another increase. I still give them a 5 star for handling issues and I that come up quickly and the grounds being nice and manicured."
