Vizcaya Lakes at Renaissance Commons

"I am Pissed off to say the least with the association/HOA or Vizcaya Lakes/Santorini we moved in in September and my car has had more dents and scratches and now significant damages that I can count and no one want to take accountability. I have asked to switch parking spots, and I am getting the runaround to who I need to speak to and I have been told someone(Lorena Schussler) will reach me and, till now, waiting for an imaginary call."

"We scheduled an appointment through the website to come see the place. After 3 email confirmations, we showed up and no one was at the front door. The email had a phone number that was disconnected. Lacey who was walking out took some time to schedule us a new appointment for the weekend with Laurie. Received an email confirmation and when we showed up, Laurie said the appointment was not there. After two failed attempts and an inside look of how this place is run, I do not recommend. If they can't manage appointments to sell you on the place, how is this gonna be if you live there?"

"Just recently moved to Vizcaya Lakes and have nothing but great things to say. Had a small issue right when moving in, but both Lorena and Juan were fantastic with helping resolve the issue immediately. Phenomenal staff that are accommodating and we’re ready to help at a moment’s notice. Very happy to call Vizcaya Lakes our new home."

"Honestly I have had nothing the greatest experiences moving into this place. The management team is just top-notch beyond anything I have ever experienced. Even the HOA people are just absolutely the most wonderful and friendly people ever. Last night our refrigerator went out and we called the maintenance team and not only did they respond immediately with inside of an hour, they even replaced the entire refrigerator that night. I couldn't believe that that happened although I should expect it from Juan and Rodolfo as they are the best and friendliest maintenance people ever. If you are looking for a place to live and settle, this is by far the best place to move to."

"The apartment is nice for the most part. The management team is not the best. I lived in Santorini before and that was a much better experience. There is a painting project going on that has had one entrance to the parking garage blocked for months which is a HUGE inconvenience. There are constant traffic jams at the gate between delivery drivers etc. They started work this weekend at 7:45a. Pretty infuriating to go out on a Saturday night to be woken up that early on a weekend. Elevators constantly broken. Had a neighbor with an aggressive dog that lunged at me and they said they can't do anything."
