"No problems with the complex and unit. Very nice apartments. Great location. Good management company with good people. But be aware- If you rent here the parking management company is a scam. Think of it like a "parking trap" similar to a speed trap. They have cameras monitoring and you will receive a citation for anything. Park near the door for 5 minutes to unload groceries and expect to receive a fine. Think of any other innocent scenario and you will receive a fine. I got a fine on move in day. Google Professional Parking Management and the ban by Broward county pending the Florida Legislature intervening. Wonder if there are any big money donors from the parking company to state officials? Wonder if The Mark receives a percentage? If you move here budget extra for the ridiculous parking fines. But awesome place otherwise."

"We lived at the Mark for 2 years, and had a great experience. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from one of the worlds best beaches IMHO. Located in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, with at least 40 restaurants within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to Minzer park. Building management and maintenance did a great job just beware of living too close to O'brians on 1st St."
