"So I have stayed near the beach 3 times now. Usually in pompano. But they had newer tvs and a good website. Location I'd rather stay in pompano beach. As far as the room I got I called and was transferred immediately to another room. Paying $300 a night I expect it to be clean and comfortable not the case. Floors were coming apart. Paint on floor paint on handles. The list goes on. The hotel has potential. But falls short on the build quality. These types of stays all have their flaws. but there no reason to charge more for less. Hopefully they can fix the rooms good idea bad execution. There are nine photos I posted don't be fooled."

"I have not been to 365Ocean, however I was an owner when it was La Boca Casa. It was my happy place. We had the last week of the year, and loved spending time during the holidays. The changes made to the floor plan look fabulous, just like the ideas my husband and I thought about. Taking down the wall between kitchen and living area. Making it an island was great. We always had access to free laundry, but it was down stairs in the stair well. Now w/d are in each room! Is the elevator still in operation? How many accessible rooms do you have? Some pictures of them would be appreciated. I am now in a chair so I would have to have bottom floor instead of upper floor. Hoping to visit in the near future. Once I get there I may not ever leave."

"The room was clean and nice. Excellent location near the beach. However, it was not stocked with enough trash bags, paper towels or towels. Also, the service was poor. The dishwasher and washing machine broke, and I had to call multiple times for the appliances to be looked at. They never fixed the washing machine, and there was zero communication about why it was not fixed or what to do with my soaked belongings in the machine as we were leaving the next day."

"Just spent a week at 365 Ocean in Boca Raton. It’s a beautiful new boutique hotel right on A1A. Rooms are great and include a washer dryer (which I loved) and beautiful contemporary decor. Customer service is great and quickly responded and resolved a minor issue I had. It’s a great place in the midst of gorgeous Boca on the beach. Can’t wait to go back for a longer stay next year!"
