"My mother is moving due to a job relocation and is paying 2 months liquidated damages which we understand is required - HOWEVER she has her movers set up to vacate Feb 1st - and the complex is demanding she pay the entire month of Feb in addition - we called and requested one additional day for her to move and DONNA at the office was incredibly rude and said I don't make the rules, she either leaves or pays the month. UNBELIEVABLE that they won't allow an elderly woman with health problems who has been a MODEL tenant ONE DAY!!!"

"The building is old and seems moldy, the elevator is constantly getting stuck (with people in it), there have been fire alarms going off for an hour and a half starting at 6 am the last couple days - the noise is worse than whatever your imagining, you can't even get into the staircase from outside - they built a new leasing office before putting a fob reader on the door! look elsewhere. The staff/door people/maintenance people have all been very kind, they are a bright spot."

"this is by far the worst place i have ever lived. the location is the selling point at first, until you realize that the residences have paper for windows basically. You can hear every single noise going on outside... loudly! no matter the floor you're on, or where you are, there's always a lot of noise! There are trucks coming and going at all hours of the day, including 1am, 3am, and 5am. And, as kind as the staff is, they really dont/can't do anything about it. The pool deck is breathtaking, the pool however is unusable since it's always freezing and the chlorine levels are incredibly high. Look, I get that every building will have noise, especially in a downtown area. But these noises are just way too often, way too loud, and at all hours of the night and morning. Ultimately, that's why I do not recommend living here. The newer buildings in downtown have newer windows with better noise cancellation. I would recommend looking there before deciding to live here."

"Been living here for 3 months experience is subpar for the price they are asking. Lobby always smells like trash, trash shutes are always jammed. Maintenance just knocks and comes into your apartment. Parking lot stairwell smells like piss and it’s never cleaned. Not to mention in 3 months they did not put my name in the buzzer at the front door making it a mission for me to receive any food deliveries. My wife recently gave birth to our baby girl upon returning from the hospital someone was parked in my assigned parking spot and remained there for over 24 hours, I call the leasing office regarding the matter to which they were no avail. I was redirected to the central office and they had no answer for me. So I park in the disabled spot being that my wife cannot walk after giving birth and I was given a $250 ticket. The following day I stop at the leasing office and I make them aware of the issue and my complaint about the ticket I received, their response was ticketing the vehicle but couldn’t do anything regarding my ticket. Leasing said they would contact management to try to reduce the cost of the ticket off my rent payment being that the city of boca raton issued me a ticket in the private resident parking lot (1st floor). They provided no support in the matter. Central office is clueless as how to respond to the matter and leasing office said on my lease agreement it gave me a number to call if someone was parked in my spot, which it did not. Definitely wont be renewing my lease here I can spend $2600 and get better service at 10x mizner or 101 via."

"Amazing location lots of places to eat, shop and hangout. Apartments are small and old but how much time do you really spend inside? The amenities (pool, workout facility and game room) are amazing. The staff is all super nice."
