"I moved here in January. The move in process was very fair, I thought. Let's be honest, you can't find anything like this close to this price. It's definitely worth it to me. I have made a very cute home here. For the record I have never lived anywhere in Florida that didn't have a few roaches! The office will work with you if you have a pest issue. Communicate! Toni in the office has been absolutely amazing. Maintenance has been great from what I have seen. I highly recommend this apartment complex, considering the prices!"

"My Husband and I lived here for 5 yrs. The first 2 were great! But then pest control stopped! We started having roaches, other neighbors had rats! Had a/c issues, they replaced with 9 yr old a/c system. So we were dealing with humidity and roach issues. When a/c replaced again, another lie, we watched our cameras, it took another day, we watched as they lied. They had a woman who stabbed a man. Roaches are armpit! I have more with pictures!"

"The owners should be ashamed. The apartments are falling apart and they refuse to fix any issues, which is a serious concern. The management is rude and aggressive which is starting to drive clientele to seek alternate housing. From the streets caving in from neglect, pot holes everywhere, absolutely nothing but weeds instead of grass for landscaping. ZERO insulation and old useless air conditioners make for unbearably hot living conditions. All things considered you're going to pay $750/month for a hot moldy apartment that lacks any amenities and will become a hazard to your health"

"DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. It is the most unhealthy place you will ever encounter. I cant express how much I urge you to steer away from this place. It a HEALTH HAZARD That should be condemned!!!! Full of MOLD, Caving ceiling, and Caving in floors. They cover everything up to make it look like this caring place. I am not the only one!"
