"The experience I had within Aaron was very unprofessional. From the start he only communicated through text and email. Additionally I had a price in mine and goal I wanted to walk away from the sale of my home with. Aaron himself came up with a similar price. Towards the end of our contract he said he had a buyer and they were offering 20k less then what I wanted, I told him to hold out because my house is in a very popular up and coming area in Tampa called midtown. Two weeks before the end of our contract he said he would take less in commission and the home buyer would pay for my title, Bringing my bottom line to very close to what I wanted. This week, he said the buyer isn't going to make the deal anymore, they will only pay a certain amount, around 45k less than the asking price he came up with. Never trust a salesman, especially this one. Find a sellers agent, with better reviews. I don't not recommend."
