"Please beware of these apartments!! I moved out in August. They deducted an unnecessary cleaning fee out of my deposit. I also did not receive my deposit until about SIX MONTHS after I moved. I received a letter with the cleaning fee deducted from my deposit and what I was owed. After a few months, I called the office and I was told that I would not be receiving a deposit ( by the guy that works at the property) . I then told him that I had a letter stating I was supposed to get my remaining deposit after everything was deducted. He further investigated and found that to be true. After having to call the new manager for about 4 months straight after this, I finally received my deposit. The manager kept saying that it was in the mail. Also, the manager , Aileen, mentioned that they were under new management and it wasn’t her fault.I found this to be unprofessional- things going on within the company should not stop you from fulfilling a legal/ financial obligation. I literally had to call this woman over and over. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never stay here again."
"The leasing office has been nothing short of welcoming and helpful. They’re engaging and have answers to all your questions no matter how trivial they may sound. The apartment is wonderful and very new. They even do checks for you before and let you know if they had to setup anything prior to your move in. Definitely a recommendation I would make anyone looking for a place to move in."
"My boyfriend and I have been living here since August and have loved every minute of it! Jen and Danny have been so amazing and helpful anytime we need something. The maintenance team is on top of everything and so nice when they come into our place. The dog park is perfect (and doesn’t get muddy like most apartment dog parks) with plenty of space for our 1 and a half year old puppy to run around in. This is my fifth apartment complex that I have lived in and it is safe to say we won’t be moving again!"
"I will start this off with the fact that we are one of the very few tenants still left from when the initial building opened last summer (2022). When we moved in, Kelly was amazing, took all of our concerns to heart and tried to resolve them. This was one of the reasons we were so understanding and let some things slide. Since we have moved in, and sadly we had to resign the lease, these are some of the issues we have had: Rust in the washer from it sitting while they waited to open, holes in the wall, cobwebs and other things painted into the wall, uneven window ledges, the dishwasher was not installed properly so it leaked and we still have to manually adjust it to use it (I believe this has finally been fixed), the AC went out for days and had to have a "hot start" installed so it would not flip the breaker, which, has again become an issue, multiple plugs had to be replaced while the build team was still on property, the grout in the shower at the base is almost non existent so black mold has to be treated regularly, at one point we had thousands of ants crawling from inside the walls and under the carpet in the master bedroom which we were primarily having to treat ourselves until pest control came and handed us some more traps, we still deal with bugs daily from ant piles and standing water, we have witnessed multiple drug deals in the front parking lot and found a used condom from someone turning a trick, there have been multiple high scale police situations at the house across the street (they might have finally been evicted), and numerous other things that there is no accountability for until you write a review like this. The new management and office staff could care less about you after you sign the lease. They fled the property during the last hurricane, which was not scheduled to hit here, and left drainage hoses and spouts unhooked that we put in work orders for before the storm, which caused minor flooding. The staff looks absolutely miserable when you go into the office unless they are dealing with a potential new tenant. If there is an issue, you can expect to receive multiple repeat emails about it but do not expect any accountability or action unless someone higher up gets involved. When the email king, the new assistant manager, was confronted with this, he replied with yet another copy-and-paste corporate email that addressed absolutely NOTHING and then told me to my face, well, this is all your opinion and waived me on for the day. You can see the pictures and the fact that you sat there and told me the drainage was addressed, as it is still unhooked. From the early tenants who fled and paid to get out of their leases, take their advice and go somewhere else. By the way, they give you something if you write a review; that might be why there are so many positive reviews up because when they first opened all the buildings, the star rating was two and under. Luxury is a subjective term. **Update 9/6/23** Kelly who is now the regional manager met with my wife to discuss the issues, Benny (maintenance supervisor), who has been great, came to address certain concerns that are addressable from his position. However, I cannot in good conscious update the star review until we see changes in the attitude and demeanor of the current staff. I will probably not step foot in the clubhouse for the remaining time I live here because it is not a welcoming environment, and certain individuals exude a smug confidence. Great customer service can always alleviate problems and issues, as can accountability and action. The actions, responses, and overall presence of Kelly, Benny, Carlos, and Selco would easily bring this up to a 4-5 star review, even with the issues we have had. It can be noted that three of those people are maintenance and should not be the friendliest faces on the property; I hope the actions of others do not cause these individuals to leave."
"This is a hidden gym of Riverview. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. The amenities are great, the neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. They also enjoy their residents…they threw us a pool party today! This is a great place to call home."
