"Very nice place. A quiet refuge in the Tampa area. Management consisting of Alicia and Lee very accommodating. Maintenance crew lead by Henny very responsive and courteous."
"Let me start by saying our experience at The Park at Knightsbridge was an absolute nightmare. This place is INFESTED with roaches. They live inside the cabinets and the back of the oven in the kitchen and regardless of how much cleaning you do or how much you spray you cannot get rid of them. We spoke to a few neighbors and they all said they were experiencing the same problems. Our neighbor frequently sprays the breezeway to prevent them from coming inside but it doesn't help. The last month and a half of our lease, I woke up one morning to the kitchen floor COVERED in roaches and it was a terrifiyng experience. My fiancé and I moved out last week and we were counting down the days until we could finally leave. We had to throw away many of our items such as pots, pans, dishes, blankets, our couch etc. because of roaches being all over them. In addition, the grounds are not taken care of at all, there is dog poop all over the place, the dog park is full of mud and holes, the pool is always a nasty color. The garbage is constantly overflowing and there is trash and junk all over the place. The community is listed as a gated community and the gate has been broken and tied up with a wire for the past 8 months. There is not one good thing that I have to say about this place. LOOK ELSEWHERE. I noticed that the management team replies very rudely to negative reviews. I think it is time to take some accountability and own up to the issues that this community is facing. I just simply want to share our experience and warn other families who are considering moving here. We are hoping that we can get some type of compensation for all of the things we lost and dealt with in the past 15 months."
"Serving in the military for 14 years and having to move a lot, I can safely say this is the WORST place I have called home. In the six months since moving in; the front gate has worked for a total 2 weeks, trash has piled up outside the compactor, squirrels tunneled into our roof, the A/C barely worked in the summer, the pool never gets clean and we get letters from the front office with threats of fines for things we didn't do. When confronted about the issues above the property manager decided to rant about how hard her job is. Currently we don't have a working washer (2 weeks as of writing this) and the front office can only tell us a new one "is on back order". The maintenance staff (out sourced) won't show for days, then randomly appear without warning and leave a not saying the couldn't find a problem. Would give anything to get out of my lease early."
"I lived in a 1/1 from December 2020 to November 2021. I really loved the layout of my apartment the living room and bedroom was huge. The neighbors kept to themselves and weren’t loud at all. My reasons for 2/5 stars is because the staff wasn’t the easiest to deal with and the community could use some major TLC considering they’re rates are very similar to luxury apartments in the area. My washer machine was not spinning/draining properly and the maintenance/management wouldn’t believe me and kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. I had to send videos to management showing soak and wet clothes after a cycle was completed to get maintenance to fix it (it took 4 weeks for them to replace the timing belt). I felt like the management staff was quick to make me feel like a burden and not care about fixing the issue. Secondly, my apartment had carpet everywhere and unfortunately my unit got carpet bugs. I called immediately as soon as I saw bugs in my unit and I was told I had to wait days in order for pest control to come and treat my unit. I think it’s absolutely absurd and disgusting that pest control is not considered an emergency work order and is not treated with due diligence. I had to pay out of pocket for pest control to treat my unit the next day because I’m not going to live with bugs ever. Lastly, the community grounds need major improvement. You can tell which buildings have been repainted from the ones that were not. There is mildew on every building pressure washing was never done while I lived there. The dog park is sad, tiny, and needs work. I wouldn’t recommend Parks at Knightsbridge to anyone."
"The Park at Knightsbridge has been a great place to live! I chose the Pine 1/1 floor plan which had plenty of room. The bedroom is 12x20 feet, which is big enough to fit two king bed sets. There are also two walk-in closets in the bedroom. The bathroom is, the kitchen flows and has plenty of light, and the full-size washer and dryers are nice too! I also enjoyed adding a garage to my lease as it fit my full size truck with plenty of room on each side. A few months into my lease there was a notice on my door that mentioned a small remodel installing all granite countertops and new sinks. The remodel was quick, clean, and really made the bathroom and kitchen even nicer. The staff has been great to work with and very accommodating. They actually got me to move in quicker than anticipated in order to fulfill my request to take advantage of moving on an extended holiday weekend. The only bad thing I’ve experienced here was an outdated gym, gates that don’t work all of the time(but that’s happened at all of my other rentals), and a few lights out in the parking lot. The residents have all been very friendly! I saw a plastic bottle that someone dropped in the parking lot. Much to my surprise I saw someone walk out of their way to throw it away in one of the trash cans placed throughout the community. If I weren’t moving out of town for a new job, I would sign here again for a 2 bedroom. The location allows for quick access to downtown Tampa and quick access to all of the shops in Brandon. Give this place a look!"
