"The staff had always been pleasant and I love the location of my apartment, it’s very quiet and peaceful. There are two issues that I have especially for the cost of the apartment. Kitchen has outdated appliances as well as outdated carpet."

"Unfortunately, my experience with Allegro Palms apartment complex was far from satisfactory. Upon moving in, we were greeted with a severe roach infestation that made the living conditions untenable. Despite promptly reporting this issue, we were informed by Laura, a staff member, that treatment could not commence until the following week, leaving us in a distressing situation given our move-in date was set for Wednesday, 1/24. The resolution timeline was not only inconvenient but unacceptable. The situation deteriorated post-treatment; rather than improving, the infestation worsened, forcing myself and my colleagues to vacate the premises with no alternative accommodation arranged. Our belongings, which we had no choice but to leave in the apartment, were exposed to the infestation for the duration of this ordeal. The struggle to secure a credit for the significant inconvenience and financial loss—coupled with the risk to our personal items—was met with resistance until we escalated the matter by threatening to involve code enforcement. It was only then that our concerns were somewhat addressed. This experience has been incredibly disheartening, and I feel compelled to share it to prevent others from facing similar distress. The lack of immediate and effective response to such a serious issue as a roach infestation, coupled with the challenge in obtaining rightful compensation, has been deeply troubling. I would strongly advise against choosing Allegro Palms as a place of residence."

"DONT MOVE HERE! I only lived here for one year and they are scammers!! They will steal your deposit. See photos for how the one tiny trash compactor is kept every single weekend and holiday, this is what you will be dealing with if you live here!! It’s at the front of the neighborhood as well so everyone coming in sees this first thing, disgusting."

"the worst experience in my life. The allegro Palm management are unprofessionals. When I moved in to the apartment was in unacceptable condition and I had to clean it myself. When I left they charged me for cleaning, the carpet cleaning and that was already old and stained and paint. I saved and showed the pictures of the apartment when I moved in and they made a lot of excuses. They are not serious or honest people. the photos are from the apartment when I moved in"

"If there was a way to give zero stars I would. My daughter lived at Allegro Palm apartments for a year. The apartment itself was dirty upon move in due to smokers who lived there previously. During the year she experienced 3 floods from 3 different sources that caused mold which was never resolved. She was required to live with 12 industrial fans two of the three times which doubled her electric bill, not to mention the unbearable noise lasting weeks as she tried to work from home. Adding insult to injury, they have yet to pay her the full amount of her security deposit as promised. She moved out in July and still has not received the full refund. I believe she has been treated in this manner due to her age which is reprehensible. I have tried to step in and was promptly ignored. I would not recommend this apartment complex or ZRS Management whatsoever. This review has also been posted for ZRS Management."
