Bonnie and the rest of the leasing office have gone above and beyond by making this much needed change. It makes all the difference having guys around the clock that are timely and reliable which ultimately make for an enhanced experience living at Savannah Place."

"WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET. The place is poorly managed, manager is not someone you can have a conversation with, maintance takes more than a week to fix the problem, sometimes they dont even show up, they will charge you for trash pick up, if they find anything they dont like on your patio you will get charged for it, do yourselves a favor and find a better place to live"

"Beautiful clean community. The apartments are very spacious and with great layouts. I have a one bedroom and love it. The pool area is always clean, great comfortable lounge chairs, the water in the pool is warm and relaxing. Also a nice play area. One of the most important things are the staff, they are fantastic, Bonnie and Elena are very special people. They love to help you in any way they can.They really went out of there way to help me get the apartment I wanted. Thank you all."
