"It is a wonderful community. I truly enjoy living here. The gym is first rate. However, I would recommend they either install key fob or install a key access like on our doors so the gym can be accessed on Sundays and holidays when the office is closed. The Valet Trash pickup is a nice luxury. I had an issue with the pickup but it was resolved quickly. The maintenance is very quick on responding to my calls. I hope to live here for many more years to come."

"The only good thing about this place is the price. Comparing to the nearby community, the price is reasonable. The downfalls are: Some of the residents doest't know how to put their trash in a trashcan or trash truck. Maintenance is as slow as a turtle. If you want anything to be done, do it yourself. For months I've been telling them that my washing machine isn't working properly, they keep telling me that it needs to be repaired but no one came to fix it. Next person would say there's nothing wrong with it. Are they blind, or just plain lazy. The apartments and services or the up-keeping are not worth the price. I'm not telling anyone not to rent here, this is your choice. I've been here for three years and service is not so great but I can't find any other place that the price is cheaper as here."

"Very bad experience, my wife's 2021 Honda Accord Sport got stolen by thieves between the night of Christmas and the morning of the 26th of December of 2023. The rental office couldn't let you watch the CCTV footage. The Reserve at Ashley Lake is not a safe community to live in, Criminals can steal your car easily, and when there are drugs in this community there is crime going on. Not a safe place at all. Must be a gang of organize criminals that had their informer rent and living in The Reserve at Ashley Lake Apartments. I think those thieves don't stole from their kinds, they target only Asian and other races, because their are more than 50 of 2021 and 2022 Honda Accord at Ashley Lake they don't steal, but the only car they had to steal is my wife's Honda Accord. On December 29th 2023 The Lauderhill police unit that is in Broward county found my wife's car abandoned in a really bad condition stripped for parts. I highly recommend to everyone who considered to rent here, not to move to The Reserve at Ashley Lake for your for your safety, your well being and your belonging."
