"These apartments are very overpriced for what they offer. The community is NOT well kept. The landscaping is atrocious, and the parking situation is absurd. There are potholes all over the entire property. This company has zero regard for the property of its tenants. Very overpriced for what you are receiving. The common areas (hallways, etc.) are not well kept. There is an overspray of paint on sidewalks and walkways. Their idea of aesthetics is white rock between apartments. This place needs a major overhaul inside and out. For $2500 + a month, save yourself some trouble and look elsewhere or just BUY. The fees for these apartments are beyond disturbing & this company should be ashamed for asking these prices for such a poorly kept complex. There are trees that have berries that fall on your car and STAIN your car, management is very well aware of all of these issues and too lazy and incompetent to fix anything. There are wrecked cars parked in spots, and they do nothing to rectify the issue. The gate NEVER works. This is NOT a gated community. This is a poorly kept, overpriced community with a gate always open. The generic response to all of the same reviews is worthless. Renters beware, this place is a dump. FIX IT."

"An overall smooth transition into our new home. Only a few minor hiccups of initially putting the wrong date for our move-in date. Our ceiling fans had a good amount of dust on them when we moved in, but maintenance was quick to respond, and I hope the same for our no running water washing machine. Compared to the experience we had with our previous place when we moved in which immediately was the deciding factor for not renewing our lease after the first time, we may actually consider a second lease with this property depending on how the rest of our time goes. More follow-up as time progresses."

"Move here if you want to want to be obscenely overcharged and have your rent increased by hundreds of dollars each year for an apartment that provides poor amenities, has a tiny floor plan, roaches that you may complain about but nothing will actually be done, forces you to pay for trash pickup that frequently fails to provide service, lacks pedestrian friendly landscape, boasts about being a gated community that not once in 2 years ever closed the gates, and the icing on the cake, will charge you hundreds of dollars to your final bill when you move out for things like rust in the corner of the bathtub($250) and new paint and primer on 2 walls($325). Do yourself a favor and skip over this horrendous community."
