"Josh in the front office is super helpful. My grandson has called about a couple of services and the repair people came promptly and fixed the issue. Parking is a major problem and he usually has to park at USF and walk over. I would gladly buy a spot but I guess there are none available? The amenities are great and all the staff are professional and friendly. Great place to live except for the parking problem but the student parking is super close so at least he has that option.He really likes living there."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The lease is incredibly vague when it comes to parking. I REPEAT IF PARKING IS A BIG TICKET ITEM FOR YOU O NOT MOVE HERE. I was made to believe that a reserved spot was limited, however even the free for all parking is limited. As a resident who pays stupid rent for what this place is I am not even entitled to park beyond the gates. I have to park at another apartment complex and WALK 30 minutes to my car. And the incompetent management thinks this is normal. I have never in my life lived somewhere where parking was simply not an option for ALL residents. I have to uber to and from my car at night because this area is so unsafe but these people do not care about endangering their residents. OH and even better I can't have guests over EVER because there are EIGHT total guest spots. And I would offer my friends to park over at the neighboring complex but it's pointless because I myself do not have parking and cannot even go grab them. This place is the absolute worst place I have ever lived, will not resign. When I moved in my apartment REAKED of dog piss, as nobody ever came and did a deep clean? What are we paying these fees for when we move out if you guys don't even clean anything? There is literally food lodged between the stove and counter from the last tenants. Its disgusting. The place was practically inhabitable when I moved in. Also make sure you have 4 people ready to live in your unit, if not they will move random people in to your apartment without your consent. I am literally allergic to cats and they just moved somebody in with a cat? This place is actually a joke do not live here I literally cannot wait to move out."

"No. Parking. Which is sad because i love my home here. If you don’t make it in time for a parking spot no one on the staff cares. They say they don’t have enough passes to give out but all of their units aren’t even full."

"I currently lived in the retreat and it was not the best. You don’t get all the service that is offered. It was over priced, if something broke they took forever to fix it. The parking situation is terrible. They ran out of parking pass, like they will not issue any passes.. so like you can live they but not park there. People are getting they car towed in they live in that apartment complex. The tow truck charge 250$ and they will not even pay for it."
