"I sublet this room for 3 months when first moving to Tampa. I was impressed at first. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable and replied to my emails right away. Then after I moved in I found the apartment was infested in cockroaches. For the duration of my stay it was infested. They tried changing my leas saying they weren’t charging me enough, 3 times. When trying to discuss this with the office they would not return my calls or emails. I was so fed up I settled it with corporate. The place was covered in dog poop. When I brought this up to the office I was told “pets are not allowed”. I told them they do have emotional support pets and they poop too. You don’t want to park near the trees there because anytime there’s a storm someones car gets smashed by a limb. I’m not sure why, but the tenants put the trash next to the trash compactor instead in it. This is a daily occurrence. Makes the place look and smell bad. I do not recommend this place whatsoever."
"cons definitely outweigh any pro there is to this place. management definitely ruins any positive experience possible. laundry list of the things that were addressed and brought to management and maintenance and no one seems to care. super unprofessional. we had no AC in the middle of september for 2 and a half days and no one cared. we called “emergency maintenance” as well as the front desk and regular maintenance, and it took over two days for them to come. 89 degrees it was in our apartment, it was so hot i had to leave and stay with a family member. furthermore, my roommate and i got another roommate apparently. we were supposed to be notified and no one told us that she was moving in or when she will move, like we were promised by management. the only reason why i know she’s currently moving in while my roommate and i are home for winter break, is because they apparently deactivated my key fob on accident, which lead me to call them and ask why. unprofessional and ZERO communication. I can go on and on about how many cons there are to this place. for your own sanity, don’t even bother looking here. all of the reviews say it all about this place. too bad, because it has so much potential. Update: my roommate came back from winter break yesterday and her key fob did not work. she called the emergency line for specifically for after hour lockouts and no answer. Thank god she has a friend who lives in the area or else she would be alone at 10 at night with no place to stay. This situation could have been a lot worse than it was."
"I’ve lived at the province for two years while achieving my bachelors. Compared to other student living apartments this one is the happiest medium when it comes to quality of space and pricing. They have been very understanding of the struggles that come with being a student in my time here. These are definitely first steps into life that I will remember."
"DO NOT STAY HERE! This place will scam you non stop! The model unit they show you is nothing close to the unit you will get. We moved in August with a lot of high hopes, it turned out to be extremely dirty. It has mold, the couch is completely warned off (impossible to sit on it because it crumbles). Huge water leaks and damages to the ceiling. The office does not care about your complaints, neither takes it seriously and professionally. Nothing has been done to ensure an improvement or anything in that matter. The maintenance was barely responsive even during emergencies. The mind blowing part is that there is NO LAMP IN THE ROOM! Like what?! Hello. It’s student living, come on we need basic necessities. (so be prepared to spend extra money to buy extra lamp) And the price for utilities is insane. We got charged $72 EACH PERSON (could be more) for electricity and water. Me and roommates just use it for basic needs. Never over use. VERY disappointed with this place. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND! Whoever reads this, i hope you take a better decision before signing your lease."
