"Worst place ever to live. They have cockroaches ants glass all over the floor, broken door sensors they fired all of their security staff. They have left multiple maintenance requests in my room not done for over five months. The fire alarm goes off at midnight quite frequently. And right at the front of the building, they are serving food on the same surface that they have ant traps, I asked them about this and they said they're a different company, laughable, do not live here under any circumstances you will hate every minute of it. They even have towed my own car that I pay for parking from here and not reimbursed me. And last but not least three people broke into the parking garage fully dressed in ski masks and black outfits and were attempting to break into cars and they did not send out anything letting people know that happened. Never live here ever I'm begging you! All their good reviews are fake, they have people who tour leave reviews of their "experience" check for your self."

"Wow, what an amazing apartment complex! Modern, clean, spacious and so close to USF! Gabby’s tour was so much fun! She showed us the upscale amenities and answered all our questions. I love that she’s not only knowledgeable and cheerful, but you can tell she loves living here. We are convinced this is the best! Kids here will certainly thrive — the layout and design are well thought out, the amenities encourage healthy or balanced lifestyle, and the events/activities foster connections and collaborations. The location is very convenient. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience. The timely and professional response to all concerns was a such a pleasure. "When I wanted to sign my daughter up to live at the hub, it was a wonderful experience with support given at all times. My daughter had a bad experience where she used to live including not getting repairs done and worries around security. Since residing at the Hub, I have had good experience at all times - repairs done on time, any problems is resolved almost immediately. I would definitely recommend the hub at any time and will be signing up my son to live at the hub next.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
