"Currently living here- and I’ll have a lot to update as well. Just wanted to put this out there now.. if you have people living above you with kids.. in particular kids that they just let run around and do whatever, you will hear EVERYTHING. Not alot of insulation between the floors at all. UPDATE- BUGS BUGS AND MORE BUGS. This is my second year on a lease and most definitely my last. I am counting down the days until it’s over. At first I attributed it to the poor management but the managers are great here now. It’s just the building. The bugs live in the walls I’ve seen it. My husband and I have to move our fridge and stove every other week and we suck up about 30 at a time and spray bleach/ bug spray everywhere. Obviously, it doesn’t work. And forget about your appliances they’ll be infested with bugs soon after - my brand new Keurig, there was already bugs IN it and I’ve had it about a week."

"The pictures speak for themselves, but I suppose I’ll add more details. Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. The very first day I moved in, there were roaches coming from every crack there was. Old rusty refrigerator. The hallway inside the building smells moldy. Dogs pee inside the hallway. Roof leaks when it rains, dripping water inside the hallway. I had to get TWO new AC units installed because there was mold in both of them. I was told by the office that I was going to get a new AC, and they ignroed me for three weeks and literally told me to run the AC with mold in it if I get hot….mind you I have asthma, so yeah that’s totally safe. Maintenance changes service requests to “completed” without even showing up to fix anything. The walls are terribly thin…. Honestly, just avoid this place. Its a health hazard. Glad I made it out alive! Also, dont let these good reviews fool you lol they make you sign the lease online before even seeing the place so you’re basically trapped. Good luck!"

"This apartment complex is up to par with eligibility, maintenance and tenant appreciation. The office staff(apartment mangers) are very professional and open in handling issues involving residing at The Lenox! The maintenance crew is efficient reassuring in assessing and executing repairs no matter how minor or major the problem my be. For the area it is in, The Lenox is indeed a very decent apartment complex that provides quality as well as a comfortable place to live!"

"If I can give this place a zero I would. Terrible place to live you can hear everything. Loud music through out the night. Rude people that steal stuff. And very trashy place. Staff here is soooooo Terrible they left me and my wife and my dogs without AC for 4 months. Bugs everywhere. Homeless people sleeping outside the apartment. Never open on Saturdays to load laundry cards. They never answer the phone. Not a Good place to call a home rent is way to high for a crapy place will never ever live there again I would rather live in my car."

"It is beautiful place to live and enjoy everyday. Overall community is very clean and front desk staff is my favorite people here. They listen small detail with complete concentration. Maintenance team is very helpful and friendly. Overall it is a family place to live. It is very safe in day and night as well."
