"I had SUCH a great experience signing a lease with Carlyle Flats. Elyssia was amazing to work with she was so attentive, responsive, and proactive. She answered every question and went above and beyond to ensure the moving process with seamless. Also, after touring I noticed a few minor maintenance issues and she said she would send it in so that they can hopefully get them fixed before I move in. Cannot express how amazing she is, they are lucky to have her working there. I look forward to living there!"

"This is estimated to be the 20th rat caught in our apartment within the year. Carlyle refuses to fix the problem correctly so I will be posting every rat found and killed until the problem is resolved. Update 10/15: Facilities attempted to send pest control out. After waiting for 2 hours pest control never came. We now have 2 more victims"

"This apartment complex advertises “luxury living” and charges “luxury” prices but it is anything BUT luxury. There is a serious rat and mold problem and after many attempts to contact management they are still ignoring calls. My apartment is infested with rats and is basically uninhabitable as i haven’t slept in days due to the issue. They rats are eating holes through my closet and have ruined many of my clothes. The only “pest control” management has used to fix this problem is the bare minimum and cheapest option. They are also threatening me that i have to pay 4 months rent in advance if i want to move out, even though Florida law says if an apartment is uninhabitable I have every right to leave. This is ridiculous and for the prices they charge in rent this problem should have been fixed a while ago. Many of my neighbors are having the same problems, and one of my neighbors has black mold in her apartment as well. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"We have RATS! This complex is in a very nice location in Tampa. We have only come across two problems here: 1) we have RATS (going on for MONTHS), and 2) the management... (WHITNEY). My girlfriend wrote emails to get workers out to fix the problem, and also showed up to the leasing office multiple times seeing the leasing office Manager. All in All, problem hasn't been fixed and I believe it's because of the apathetic, rude staff. They were inappropriately rude and not eager to fix problems. She should work at a dump with that attitude....... not with the people staying at beautiful Carlyle Flats."
