"It has been 4 months since I raised maintenance requests about broken washer/dryer units, leaking water from shower, they keep saying they will fix it but they haven't. Now they stopped responding to my emails. Worst rental company. All they need is the timely payment from the tenant. They don't care about anything else."

"I just want to state that I am two tour Army combat veteran. My dream has been to acquire properties and build a solid real estate portfolio. I decided to use Evenest Property Management, to help me build me dream. What a horrible experience I am having, and still I'm going through. Brooke is a horrible manager, and very unprofessional. When I questioned her on her lack of responsiveness, she told me she manages over 50 properties. I said she is likely to busy to give my property the attention it needs. After me questioning her, she said her workload was not an issue after telling me how many properties she manages. Why mention something if it's not an issue. Notice the patter of excuses. She couldn't find an email in her inbox, which I find to be careless and grossly negligent, as well as showing a lack of property technology management. We get electronic receipts for all documents completed online. I told this to her manager Trey Maclin, he validated her unprofessionalism. I asked for a new Manager. Kendric Small was then assigned to my property. He came to my house on a Saturday which was professionally cleaned and serviced. I still had minor items in the house. He said everything looks great and he would be coming back Monday to take the marketing photos. Monday passed and he started with more excuses saying he was under the weather and could not make it to the house. PLEASE READ ALL RECENT REVIEWS. This company has a pattern of low-quality service, unresponsiveness, and when confronted just outright vindictiveness. I told them three times I wanted to cancel their services. They literally did nothing for me in the two weeks we were under contract. Now Brooke Baker who is rude, nasty, unprofessional and vindictive said she was going to remove the lockbox from my rental unit. Which I did not give them permission to do. How is removing my lockbox considered maintenance. There is a total breakdown in communication from Trey Maclin to Booke Baker, and Kendric Small. Do yourself a favor save the headache and hire a company that has an actual presence in Tampa Florida. I will return to this review to give you guys an update. RENTERS BEWARE, HOMEONWERS BEWARE."

"I had a pleasant conversation with my communication specialist. She mentioned that she was in a meeting and diligently sought an update before my call. I understand that some issues at my home required time to resolve, and they couldn't be fixed overnight. I appreciate the company's responsiveness and the thoughtful follow-up on my requests. The staff is always ready to assist you in any way they can."

"ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! This company is a scam. Myriam does not answer your calls unless you’re going to start renting, any other issues and she will ignore you or you will get a very vague text after requesting a call not a text for over a month. We rented through them for almost 3 years, my apt. was completely destroyed by a giant oak tree on August 28th 2 days before a hurricane then flooded the whole apartment. No longer live able at all. We got no help from the company regarding a new place to live or anything all September. It was even covered on news channel 8 if you google “Lakeland house destroyed by tree” it will be the first to pop up. No one will answer the phone regarding any issues we have. All we get are the receptionists, never a call back from Myriam the resident communicator or any of the other 3 people we were told were handling the case which are Alex, Fransisco & Leticia Jones. After leaving multiple voicemails and text messages for over a month (which I have documented) still no call back regarding my security deposit which was $2755 for an apt. We received an email today way over the amount of time stated in the lease and by Fl law that they had to return my deposit stating we would only get a portion which is $1400 out of the $2755 security deposit (not even half) because they are charging us rent for the month is September and late fees for not paying rent when it clearly states in my lease that rent will stop being charged the day the property is destroyed which was in August. We did not live on the property at all starting from August 28th. We also paid last months rent when signing the lease. Do NOT rent from them. They are extremely irresponsible & non responsive. Not to mention they didn’t get the A/C fixed in the apartment for 2 months before the tree fell on the entire apartment. I’m also 7 months pregnant and had to crawl out of a window to get out of the apartment only for them to tell me “we can’t tell how much damage was done from the picture”. They didn’t answer the phone but they sent someone the very next day August 29th to put a padlock on the door but didn’t even know the correct code for the padlock for us to return the keys. I even have a video my indoor camera caught of the tree falling in on August 28th. This company is a joke. I’m hoping they see this and I receive a call back today or we will be going the legal route for this and it will be for more than just the security deposit. This is not something I will just be letting go."
