"I have been in the apartment since 2011 and I have never had good service than when Nadia and Sandra came in office. The old management were rude and didn’t provide service and were rude. These young ladies are so kind and compassionate. They moved me out of my old unit into a newer one because the old management refused to help us and were doing poor work. Ever since Nadia and Sandra came it has been a great experience.The complex is looking so much better now."
"I have been living here for 3 years now with my children and I would definitely say the way this complex was ran versus how it is now is a complete 180. Sandra and Nadia are very empathetic, compassionate and understanding with everything you tell them whether it is with repairs or simple inquiries. They just came in May this year and have done more for this complex in 2 months than I’ve seen in 3 years . Did I mention they are completely renovating the complex daily now ? For how high rent is these days you get a lot of bang for your buck here and it’s quiet in this area they have restored my faith and have retained me as a loyal tenant another year for their efforts . Truly a blessing ."
"With new management, they have done so much improved than I expected especially after being resident here within 2 months prior at the time. Love their support and service around the property and our home's needs, especially we are deaf. With their changed and improvement around the property, they sure did bring out the community around the property.
