"I’ve been living in this complex for about 6 months now. For the price we pay, I can assure you it’s not worth it. My AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and was out for almost a week. They claimed no one was available to look at our AC unit and that it was “non-emergent” even though my apartment reached 81 degrees. I had to hassle the front office to get a portable AC unit put in my apartment until they were able to get it fixed. The gates are never working, majority of the time I have lived here they have been open 24/7, which leads me to my next point of the break ins that have been occurring. Saturday morning my boyfriend told me his car was broken into, along with multiple other residents living in the buildings nearby that their cars were broken into and things were taken. But don’t bother trying to call the leasing office, I’ve tried calling hundreds of times since I’ve moved in and they rarely ever answer. We have new management here now and our online portal is still not up and running, which means we are having to get a cashiers check or money order to pay rent (which you have to pay for to get) and it’s been probably 3 months since we switched management companies. Honestly, the list could go on for days… as an apartment complex who has residents paying high rents while we’re all struggling to pay bills.. do us a favor and fix the things we don’t have control over instead of us worrying about our safety and well being…"
"I don’t even live here but my family does. I can tell you if you need a place to to drop your junk cars off this is the place. One person has 13 car’s unregistered to the apartment, taking all the parking spots. Though you’re only allowed 2 parking spots per apartment’s and management doesn’t care. So if you’re visiting family good luck. Trash everywhere. Roaches. Water maintenance every other week. Nasty pool always have globs of hair and broken pieces. They should have a 0 stars option,"
"This complex has been a nightmare. I've been here 6 months and absolutely hate it. Such sloppy maintenance. My dishwasher is no longer connected to the counter. The smoking inside allowance is awful. My neighbors leave trash and food in the grass throughout the property and management won't do a thing. I have tons of emails about the water being shut off for "emergency maintenance" several times a month. My apartment has been infested with roaches because of my neighbor getting treated and all of the roaches coming to me. HORRIBLE and LAZY maintenance. I have emailed management and leasing several times about roach infestation (I've gotten treated twice and it has done nothing) and inaccessibility to any amenities (that I pay for) due to unactivated key cards and have gotten nowhere. The living conditions are absolutely disgusting. This place has not fulfilled their role and responsibility as owners. It's hilarious that the old property manager, Yuri, gave it five stars. I wish this place would take accountability, be thorough in maintenance, and communicate. Would highly recommend staying away."
"Great place to live! Management has recently added a new playground that we love to use. It was an amenity that the community needed. Management is kind and responsive. Yuri, the manager tries her best to help everyone with what she can. Jessica, her assistant is so sweet and helpful. JP, is always ready to assist when I come in. The maintenance team is great at communicating their repairs. Thank you Avisa team for always providing great service."
"This place is a joke! I’ve been here for a little over a year and a half. My place has been falling apart since the day I got my keys. My refrigerator rocks back-and-forth cabinets are falling apart leaving sawdust on my dishes. I’ve put in multiple work orders for the same thing and does not get fixed. Carpets were stained. Blinds were broken. Electrical sockets don’t work. They charge you for every little bit thing I even received a $50 charge because YURI stated I wouldn’t allow them to enter my apartment and I wasn’t even home. They leave important notices on your door rather than in an email to insure you are informed. 9 times out of 10 notices on my door are gone by time I get home. A gated community, where a gate barely works. Forced valet trash and they barely even pick it up. The biggest joke of all is the person they decided to put in management YURI. She has obviously no idea what she is doing, she’s rude, unprofessional, sneaky and underhanded. We were better off with the prior manager! This is the absolute worse place to live and I’ve lived in some horrible places. My AC went out during the summer and I was in my 85 degree apartment with my 6 year old and elderly mother for a week and she just said there’s nothing she can do. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I can’t wait to get out of here myself! If I could give this place a negative star review I would. I’ve been tryin to contact YURI and she hasn’t responded but anytime I decide to speak on what has been going on she’ll reach out. This whole company is a joke for putting her in charge. Did I mention maintenance is always changing, new faces every time someone actually comes to fix something. All in all STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS, MONEY, OR TIME!!! Yes I still live here for now and yes I let my name be known. I’m tired of it and I’ve had enough. RESPONSE TO OWNER: My apartment was not locked from the inside I wasn’t even home at the time and I also never received a notice which I told YURI when she called me to inform me they we headed to my apartment. So like I said before this place is a joke."
