"If you like living in filth, an office staff that barely responds to you, & living with roaches this is the place for you. The rent price was not bad for our 15mth lease, but we had no IDEA what we were getting into. The front office ladies that were working when we started our lease got fired maybe 5mths into our lease. And prior to us signing on, they never answered the phone or their emails. The only way to get in contact was by going in person. And every time I would go in person to see a unit or a model unit they would always tell me, “we don’t have one available.” Honestly? I think it might have been a tactic to just get us to sign on anyway or they really just didn’t want to bother. The office staff (Karla & Xiomara) are better now, they are a lot friendlier and do answer. Every now and then, they don’t answer the phones but I do understand the office can get busy. It’s not as bad as it used to be. What made us not want to renew was the roaches in the apartment, our apartment being in front of the playground and just wanting better living conditions to be honest. Living here for the past 15mths has been kind of depressing for me. I love baking and cooking and being in this place has felt like a prison. I constantly feel like I can’t do any of that because of the roaches. There have been roaches in the apartment since DAY 1. I have had pest control come by to spray multiple times but it never worked. The trash dumpsters are always overflowing. Obviously the office can’t exactly do anything about that but put an email out telling people to use a different one but who will actually listen? Living in front of the playground is quite annoying. Especially when it’s already almost 8pm on a weekday and there still be kids at the playground, GUARDIANLESS at that. Also, because the kids are not being supervised, they bring snacks and drinks to the playground but do not pick up after themselves. I honestly do not understand how these parents are letting their kids (male & female) out in the evening to go to the playground by themselves or allow them to trash the playground. My parents could never, and I would never let my children either. I guess MANNERS do not exist anymore. Honestly so ghetto here. I cannot wait to move!"

"I toured with Xaimara A. This past Saturday and she was very informative and welcoming. She took her time, showed me different floor plans and units. Had a wonderful personality and was very relatable. Was unsure when I came in. After that experience with her she definitely made it an option!"

"Please don't move here. Manager here literally -yelled- me out of her office for calmly approaching her about an issue with the lease. As a grown man, I do not feel safe going to the leasing office, because she was so irate I literally couldn't get a word out. If you're the owner of this place, please look into this. As a person collecting what I'm sure is a pretty generous salary, I just want her held somewhat accountable for treating tenants like animals. She literally said she's "trying to clear the place of people like me" and I'm curious what she may have meant by that in 2023..? People like me? Sounds a bit discriminatory. Don't move here. In brief, it markets itself as "a luxury" complex with "renovated" features. When I moved in months ago, none of my doors worked; all of my outlets were installed incorrectly or upside down, my windows have gobs of paint over them, my screen was broken and in general it's just.. a filthy place to live that doesn't feel secure or overall above the board. Sound like luxury to you? Don't fall for this. A few other defining "features" of Royal Isles: Luxury Apartments -Luxurious gates to the complex were broken for months, allowing -anyone- on Semoran free access to apartments and cars -Luxurious drug deals just outside said gates perfect for being scared every time you get home -Luxury AC broken, and left broken, for a week upon move in. In Florida. When repaired, it hardly blows -So many luxury bugs (roaches, millipedes) -Parking is an actual nightmare -24/7 Luxury BLARING MUSIC WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO SLEEP -Multiple broken outlets (2/10 worked) -Broken Washers and Dryers -No working closet doors -Painted windows and a broken patio door -Never ending luxury trashpile of furniture is a plus if you need free furnishings, but is also unsightly / unsanitary at times Again, don't move here. I leave 1-Star reviews to help people "like me" who are looking for a decent place to live. There are newer, nicer apartments than this asking $100 more per month. You'll pay $1500 here to be treated like an "other" by management, and like you're a paycheck away from living on Semoran. The most luxurious street of them all."
